Hello everyone.

Hey Guys,

So a little bit of bad news on the Loben Front...At the end of June, Loben will no longer be together.  We have decided that, after spending about 5 years doing this, it is time to say goodbye, and move on with our lives.  This was a very hard decision to come to, and an even harder one to let everyone know about.  All 5 of us made this decision together, and we are definitely parting on good terms.  We feel so blessed to have been able to do what we love for so long, and we thank god for each and every person that we have come in contact with over the years.  This is really hard for us to do, but it must be done...(This is like we are breaking up with you, gulllulll)  Thank you to anyone who has supported us in any way, shape, or form over the years...it was these people that made doing what we did worth while.  The plan right now is to finish out the shows that we have scheduled right now, and maybe add a select few more.  We are hoping to have a farewell show in the middle of June, so keep your eyes peeled for more info pertaining to that...And please come out to one of our last shows and say your goodbyes to loben...

LOBEN NEWS...YOU MUST READ!!!

Alrighty then people, We have a lot to go over, So listen up!!!!!

First and Foremost Loben is Starting a Newsletter, and we need you all to join.  The newsletter will be sent out monthly and will have any and all info regarding Loben, i.e. shows, song stuff, personal bios, as well as a "meet the member" section which will let you know all about your favorite member of the band, which is most likely Bo or David...Gullullullull...Anyways.  In order to join, simply leave a comment on this post, our myspace with your full name and e-mail address or come to a show and sign up with us at the merch table.  If you come to a show and sign up, you will even receive a free loben button...now how can you pass that up?  I know i couldn't...Newsletter members are going to be Loben favorites and will receive special discounts, as well as winning some free stuff maybe...You really have no reason not to join...

Secondly, We are playing a show this Friday February 24th at Eastland Golf Center with our great friends...THE PLEDGE (WWW.MYSPACE.COM/THEPLEDGEROCKS)  So please come out, pay 5 bucks and rock and roll!

Last, but not least,  We need more people reading our xanga!   We need everyone to subscribe to our xanga so that we can stay in touch until the newsletter gets rolling.  So do us a small favor and tell every single person you know about loben's Xanga (www.xanga.com/loben_rocks) DO IT!!

Someone asked a very important question...

She asked whether or not this xanga belonged to a band. The answer is Yes! Loben is a Christian rock group out of Grove City, Ohio... basically we live in Columbus. We have been around for 5 years.
